I'm looking for a gay beach getaway for a elongated w/e over Fresh Year's that's not too far away. I need to de stress but have no occasion to get away until then. I know it's not the best day to go anywhere. Was thinking about the DR. Starting out in DC. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks. GRF
It's not a "gay" beachfront resort, but it's a fabulous beachfront resort in Punta Cana that I stayed at about a month ago.

It's an all-inclusive resort (all food, alcohol, non-motorized activities, mini block, etc.) is included with your wait. They have an adults-only pool, and the beach is right there if you opt for sand. They hold like 9 to 11 different restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Spanish, all-day buffet, etc.), sports lock, casino, cigar prevent, spa, and Jacuzzi's on most hotel room decks.
