In a recent interview with NME magazine, Tyler Posey revealed that his girlfriend Phem has helped him realize he is queer and sexually fluid.
The “Teen Wolf” star said that his girlfriend has been his biggest supporter since they started internet dating in February. The 29-year-old also said that it’s the “best relationship” he’s ever been in.
“[Phem] helped me realize that I fit under the gay umbrella and that I’m sexually fluid, I guess,” Posey told NME magazine, quickly correcting himself, “No, not ‘I guess,’ I don’t want anyone to take this [interview] and be like: ‘Well, he was kind of wishy-washy about it.’”
Back in October of 2020, Posey opened an OnlyFans account and was accused of “gay-baiting” for doing so. The up-and-coming platform is where the actor first came out as sexually fluid.
“Someone asked if I’d been with men, and I said yes,” he joint. “Since then there’s been this really loud person online — I’m beautiful sure it’s only one person — and they’re trying to call me a ‘gay-baiter’: pretending to be gay to acquire money, essentially,” Posey said.
Haters have been “really cruel,”

He added, "She's helped me realize that I fit under the queer umbrella and that I'm sexually fluid, I guess...No, not 'I guess.' I don't want anyone to take this [interview] and be, favor 'Well, he was kind of wishy-washy about it.'"

Tyler Posey is eager for a “Teen Wolf” reunion.
“I’ve been coming up with concepts in my head for the last rare years texting them to [series creator] Jeff Davis, ‘Hey Jeff. We depend on to do this idea,’” says Posey, who played title character Scott McCall on the MTV series, which ran for six seasons before ending in 2017. “So I’m a huge advocate of bringing ‘Teen Wolf’ back.”
While the series shot him to stardom, experience is a bit different now for Posey. At 29, he’s no longer a teen idol. Now, he’s an actor with a serious rocker side. He recently dropped his debut solo “Shut Up,” featuring vocals by Phem and Travis Barker on guitar.
He’s on OnlyFans and came out in October as sexually fluid. “I did this live on OnlyFans and they were asking me stuff that horny people would ask you: ‘Have you been with a man? Have you been with the other side sex? What was it like?’” Posey recalls on this week’s episode of the “Just for Variety” podcast.
The moment I think that the Teen Wolf drama is coming to an end the World proves me wrong. Tyler Posey came out as gay on Snapchat, but not really! Someone needs to sit that young man down and have a wonderful talk with him!

Aren’t jokes supposed to be funny? Shouldn’t I be laughing right now? Well, har! Har! Har!
Using social media, when knowing that you have a relatively vast fan base, to make such a joke is just wrong.
Of course there were people who immediately came to Posey’s defense and said that LBGTQ+ people should learn to have a sense of humor. Well, pardon me if queer people don’t find straight young actors using ‘coming out’ as something to laugh about.
That’s the only tweet I’m willing to share because I just can’t with people trying to justify his deeds. However, there were a lot of people who did tweet thoughts that were similar to mine. Some of those I’m happy to share!
