A former Kansas Metropolis Chiefs cheerleader has gone viral with an angry takedown of her former “co-worker” Harrison Butker after his controversial commencement speech last weekend.
She said Butker must have missed the training that members of Chiefs Cheer receive about what to declare and how to act in common. Her last game as a member of Chiefs Cheer was in February at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

“The biggest takeaway is you now represent a billion dollar organization. You are no longer ‘just’ Harrison Butker. You are now Harrison Butker who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs,” Stefanie Hills said in a video watched nearly 3 million times as of Thursday afternoon.
“And anything you declare or do that doesn’t align with that brand … will be grounds for termination.
“Not entirely sure if that last part is gonna apply to you but I guess we’ll detect out.”
Butker’s 20-minute speech at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, north of Kansas City, has sucked the oxygen out of social media all week and the fallout shows no signs of abating.

Harrison Butker’s recent commencement address at Benedictine College has been criticized by a number of people across the sporting spectrum.
But now, one former Chiefs employee is speaking out.
Stefanie Hills, who said she had been a cheerleader with Kansas City’s NFL team, posted a video on TikTok on Wednesday in response to Butker’s weekend speech, which had discussed topics ranging from President Joe Biden to criticizing the government’s COVID-19 response to working women.
Hills, who in her TikTok bio said she had been an NFL cheerleader from 2018-24, addressed her video directly to the Chiefs kicker.
“First and foremost, until a few months ago, we were employed by the Kansas City Chiefs. I cheered you on for six years straight,” she said to open her TikTok. “And with that, I would assume that we went to the same PR training.

On Thursday, Stefanie Hills - who cheered for the Chiefs from 2018-2024 - took to TikTok and fired back at the kicker while dissecting his inflammatory statements.
Hills referred to Butker imploring people to 'stay in your lane' and said: 'Bruh, take your own advice. Kick some balls around. Stay in your f***ing lane.'
'I would assume that we went to the same PR training,' Hills said after pointing out that she cheered for Butker for six straight years.

Following the controversy surrounding Harrison Butker's graduation speech on gender roles and "bad leadership," the NFL star is being accused of hooking up with a male cheerleader while he was in college.
As previously reported by The Blast, the Kansas Urban area Chiefs player spoke at Benedictine College for their graduation ceremony, where he addressed many topics, all of which stirred up controversy.
Part of his speech took aim at the LGBTQ+ collective as he called their identity "deadly sins."

When addressing the graduating class, Butker brought up the AP and their "attempt to rebuke and embarrass places and people like those here at Benedictine," which was not "met with anger, but instead, it was met "with excitement and pride."
"Not the deadly sin sort of pride that has an entire month dedicated to it, but the true God-centered pride that is cooperating with the Holy Ghost to glorify him," the NFL kicker added.
